    Role brief

    • The Branch Manager will drive business growth, profitability, risk control, and operational excellence within the branch, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute branch business strategy to meet loan, deposit, and revenue targets.
    • Drive deposit mobilization, credit growth, and product cross-selling.
    • Manage loan processing, monitoring, and recovery; maintain PAR ≤ 5%.
    • Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, KYC, AML/CFT, and internal controls.

    Requirements & Competencies

    • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strategic planning, team leadership, business development, risk & compliance oversight, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and customer focus.

    Head of Stores (Steel TMT)

    Role brief

    • We are seeking a Head of Stores with strong steel manufacturing experience to manage end-to-end inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, ERP integrity, and continuous availability of critical materials while minimizing losses.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials, spares, and consumables.
    • Maintain real-time inventory records on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar).
    • Enforce inventory controls, audit compliance, and stock reconciliation processes.
    • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstock, and obsolescence.
    • Generate periodic inventory and variance reports.
    • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Accounts, and Audit on controls and planning.
    • Lead and supervise store staff and safety compliance.

    • 10–15 years relevant experience in plantation management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within oil palm.
