Requirements

• Minimum of OND or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining concrete batching plants.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing procedures, weights, and mix proportions.
• Ability to operate computerized batching systems and ensure accurate batching.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures in construction or production environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with site engineers and supervisors.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in batching equipment.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments under varying conditions.
• Certification or training in Health and Safety (HSE) is an added advantage.

• Minimum of SSCE / Trade Test Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience operating concrete pumps or other industrial pumping equipment.
• Good knowledge of pump maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret gauges, flow meters, and pressure indicators.
• Understanding of safety procedures and operational protocols on construction sites.
• Physically fit and capable of working long hours in outdoor/site conditions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from site supervisors.
• Attention to detail with strong focus on precision and timing during operations.
• Certification in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is an added advantage.
• Experience working on construction or batching plant sites is preferred.
