Batching Plant Operator at ADKAN Services

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining concrete batching plants.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing procedures, weights, and mix proportions.
• Ability to operate computerized batching systems and ensure accurate batching.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures in construction or production environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with site engineers and supervisors.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in batching equipment.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments under varying conditions.
• Certification or training in Health and Safety (HSE) is an added advantage.
