• Drive loan portfolio growth through tailored lending solutions for traders, market associations, and SMEs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with market leaders, associations, and unions to expand market penetration.
• Monitor portfolio quality, ensure repayment discipline, and maintain credit compliance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to exceed targets.
• Represent the bank in market forums and promote financial inclusion.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in business or SME banking with proven lending expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of Victoria Island to Lekki markets.
• Proximity to Victoria Island to Lekki
• Strong credit analysis, lending, and portfolio management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve business growth targets.
