    B2B Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate and institutional clients across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solar energy solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities (SMEs, corporates, real estate, NGOs, and government institutions)
    • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales deals
    • Promote Itel Energy’s solar products and energy solutions to business clients
    • Conduct site visits and needs assessments to recommend suitable solutions
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Collaborate with technical teams for system design and project execution
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
    • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
    • 2–5 years experience in B2B sales (renewable energy, telecom, construction, or FMCG preferred)
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong understanding of Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt business environments
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to understand technical products and present solutions clearly
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
    • Willingness to travel within assigned city/region

    In-store Promoter

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking energetic and sales-driven In-Store Promoters to represent us within retail outlets across Lagos Island and Mainland.
    • The ideal candidate will engage customers, promote automobile products and accessories, and drive in-store sales performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell ourautomobile products (e.g., vehicles, accessories, batteries, lubricants, etc.) in assigned stores
    • Engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
    • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    • Ensure proper product display, branding, and merchandising in-store
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking with store management
    • Support promotional campaigns and in-store activations
    • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team
    • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree
    • 1–2 years experience in retail sales, preferably in automobile, electronics, or FMCG
    • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
    • Sales-driven with a proactive attitude
    • Ability to understand and explain product features clearly
    • Well-presented and energetic personality
    • Must be based in Lagos and flexible to work across Island or Mainland locations.
