Job Description

• Assist in growing Adirelounge’s wholesale and retail partnerships while supporting administrative operations across sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Research and build databases of potential fashion brands, retailers, and concept stores.
• Support outreach emails and follow-up communication.
• Manage admin tasks on Etsy, Faire,Shopify and internal CRM tools.
• Track leads, prepare sales reports, and support negotiations.
• Provide support for daily operations and documentation.

Requirements
Education:

• Studying Business, Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (Open to motivated candidates with transferable skills).

Experience:

• Experience in sales, outreach, or administrative work is a plus.
• Familiarity with fashion, e-commerce, or B2B is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Reliable internet and laptop.
• Ability to work remotely with internet access.
• Availability: Minimum 10 - 15 hours per week for 3 months.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of sales, customer service, or retail.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong interest in fashion, textiles, and sustainability.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.

Remuneration

• Salary: N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
• Internship (allowance-based depending on program).
• Certificate of completion + letter of recommendation.
• Hands-on B2B sales and admin experience in fashion/textiles.

• Support Adirelounge’s digital presence by creating, curating, and managing content across platforms.
• Assist in growing brand awareness, engagement, and community through digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms.
• Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas for campaigns.
• Track analytics (followers, engagement, reach) and prepare reports.
• Support email campaigns and online ads.
• Respond to community comments/messages in a timely manner.

Education / Experience

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields. (Open to self-taught creatives with proof of work).
• Prior experience managing a social media page (personal, school, or brand) is a plus.
• Familiarity with fashion, textiles, or creative industries is an advantage.
• Skills:
• Creativity and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic graphic design (Canva or similar).
• Strong written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset (basic reporting).
