Responsibilities

• Source for new business by drafting proposals to create leads and equally close deals.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Liaise with the HR department in the area of recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status.

Job Description (subject to modification)

• Responsible for processing and receiving payments from customers.
• Responsible for issuing receipts to customers as they leave with their purchases.
• Responsible for scanning products accurately to guide against loss/shrinkages.
• Responsible for handling and providing excellent customer services.
• Responsible for ensuring proper housekeeping at the till.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 7 years relevant work experience.
