Requirements
The ideal candidates will have the following skill sets:

• A minimum of an HND in a relevant field.
• Excellent facility with mechanical, electromechanical and mechatronic systems design.
• Ability to program automation, control and mechatronic systems using commonly available languages and platforms (Python would be highly desirable).
• Prior experience in the design and development of mechanical and/or chemical process equipment (hands-on experience either through an internship or as a working professional would be a distinct advantage).
• Specific experience in food process equipment fabrication would be a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with machine shop operations and the ability to work seamlessly with fabricators in the design of process equipment.
• Training or experience in Six Sigma would be an added advantage.

Job Description

• We have an opening for a number of assistants who would support our industrial and commercial operations.
• The program assistant would be responsible for creating graphic and visual elements to support our core organizational efforts as well as our marketing and outreach efforts as needed.
• The content would be for advertising (print and digital) as well as for production (physical products for sale).
• This is a position that is ideally suited for program assistants interested in graphic design, product design, visual arts, content creation and/or multimedia production.
• It would be beneficial if the assistant has a particular interest in product development, digital marketing, industrial production, or related endeavours.
