• Generate leads online & offlineand do cold calling
• Create awareness of company services
• Liaise with operations and customer service team on operational issues
• Ensure customer satisafaction , get their enquires answered and resolve customer compliants
• Conduct market research and see customer market trends
• Give monthly report of sales and marketing activities
• Work closely with the digital marketing and graphic design team
