    Assistant Supermarket Manager

    Job Description

    • Ensure a high level of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
    • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
    • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
    • Directs store operations including retail operations, customer service, managing employees and sales.
    • Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
    • Assess local Market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
    • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
    • Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel through training, coaching, development and motivation.
    • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
    • Responsible for maintaining an acceptable gross profit, proper inventory management and reporting of store activities.
    • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
    • A minimum of four years managerial work experience in the retail industry.
    • Must have run and manage a supermarket before.
    • Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
    • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Attention to Details and Numerical Skills.
    • Demonstrable Skills and Technical Competence.

    Pharmacist

    Description

    • Your main responsibilities will be ensuring the smooth running and functioning of the pharmacyand dispensing medication effectively and safely.
    • Managing stock levels and be another expert for our customers to talk to, providing healthcare advice and services at the counter.
    • Should have experience in retail pharmacy.

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Pharm with working experience.
    • 2+ years relevant work experience.

    Procurement Officer

    Job Description

    • Research potential vendors.
    • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
    • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
    • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
    • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages.
    • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
    • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
    • Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed.
    • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
    • To stock the materials received from vendors properly as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling, maintenance, etc.
    • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate should have an Accounting / Economics background, possess a strong proficiency in excel and the abilitty to utilize and analyze sales data to predict and plan future purchases in line with the company's budget.
    • The ideal candidate must have retail procurement experience.
