    Assistant Retail Coordinator (Fresh Graduate)

    Job Description

    • Support retail activities across all stores
    • Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
    • Monitor competitor price trends.
    • Monitor inventory across all assigned stores.
    • Audit inventory periodically for all stores.
    • Identify ageing stock and provide approach for liquidation.
    • Coordinate stock orders across all stores.
    • Obtain competitive prices from suppliers.
    • Coordinate product pricing for all models and brands carried.
    • Demonstrate understanding of margins and pricing strategies.
    • Provide back up for retail outlets when required.
    • Identify wholesale opportunities from the open market.
    • Support sales and marketing activities.

    Qualifications, Experience and Profile

    • At least a University degree in a numerical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, Physics, etc)
    • Must have completed NYSC
    • High numeracy skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Good written oral and communication skills
    • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • A quick learner.

    E-Commerce Manager

    Job Summary

    • The E-commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of a company's online sales channels. 
    • This role involves managing the online store, developing digital marketing strategies, improving user experience, analyzing data, and coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations. 
    • The ideal candidate is results-driven, creative, and highly knowledgeable about the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic Planning and Execution:
      • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
      • Identify market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities to inform strategy.
    • Website Management:
      • Oversee the functionality, design, and performance of the e-commerce website.
      • Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content teams to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing site.
      • Monitor and optimize site performance, including page load times, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
    • Digital Marketing:
      • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
      • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and optimize for conversions.
      • Develop and manage affiliate marketing and partnerships to expand reach.
    • Customer Experience:
      • Enhance user experience through personalized recommendations, streamlined checkout processes, and customer support.
      • Manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain a high satisfaction rate.
    • Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:
      • Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
      • Manage promotions, pricing, and discounts to optimize inventory turnover.
    • Analytics and Reporting:
      • Analyze sales data, traffic, and other key performance indicators to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
      • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance for senior management.
    • Team Leadership:
      • Supervise and mentor the e-commerce team, including marketing, customer support, and technical staff.
      • Ensure clear communication and collaboration between departments.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
    • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Hotjar).
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

    Work Environment:

    • The E-commerce Manager typically works in an office or remote environment and may collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, customer service, and logistics.
