Job Summary

• The Assistant Production Supervisor supports the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily operations on the production floor. 
• This role ensures that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards. 
• The assistant supervisor helps coordinate staff activities, monitor workflows, and enforce compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities.
• Ensure products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards.
• Support the Production Supervisor in workforce scheduling and shift planning.
• Monitor performance metrics and report any deviations to management.
• Help train, coach, and motivate production workers to improve productivity and safety.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams.
• Identify and report production bottlenecks or process inefficiencies.
• Maintain proper documentation of production data and staff attendance.
• Step in for the Production Supervisor when required.

Qualifications

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, safety, and quality standards.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry tools.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles is a plus.

• Create and optimize website content including product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages
• Implement strategies to earn high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
• Work with development team to fix website bugs and enhance site speed/user experience
• Stay up-to-date on SEO and web best practices and trends
• Provide ongoing website maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal uptime and performance
• Front and Back end developer with capability in Digital Marketing
• Understand the back end of Google and Meta platforms
• Familiar with Cpanels and hosting environments etc.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 3 years work experience.
