Job Roles
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments to evaluate children's emotional, and behavioral development.
• Developing and implementing interventions, and therapeutic techniques to help students overcome learning difficulties or emotional challenges.
• Working closely with parents or guardians to provide guidance and support
• Staying up-to-date with the latest research in educational psychology and applying evidence-based practices in your work.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Masters degree added advantage)
• Excellent writing and reporting skills
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with children and young people is an added advantage.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in long- and short-term program development and planning.
• Develop and effectively manage program timelines to ensure timely completion of program deliverables.
• Develop communication and marketing materials such as social media content, etc.
• Facilitate small and large group meetings and trainings.
• Ensures that other project staffs perform tasks.

Requirements

• Applicant should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong inter-personal skills including excellent communications skills, motivation and team work.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
