Responsibilities

• Develop new leaders in the geographical area 
• Participate in all field actions (prospecting, training, events)
• Set targets for the independent consultants, follow up and ensure achieving them.
• Prepare and conduct regular meetings and trainings
• Coach consultants during field actions
• Follow up on Sales KPIs and ongoing actions

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of other local languages spoken in Warri highly appreciated
• Experience in Sales/Customer service position
• Advanced interpersonal and leadership skills; Ability to motivate and influence others
• Proven analytical and communication skills
• Can-do, proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good acquaintance with social media and youth tech approach.

Job Summary

• The Commercial Sales Executive will Develop and execute sales plans to meet the expected sales Budget, generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, and other means and close deals and achieve monthly, Quarterly quotas of category development.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet the expected sales Budget.
• Research and develop a deep understanding of target industries, customers, and market trends.
• Generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, and other means.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and match them with the company’s Products to provide the best solution.
• Build strong Brand Confidence within the assigned network.
• Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas of category development.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events & Promote the company's Home & Its Product range.
• Visiting Clients directly on a daily basis for assigned territory and industries to win-win relationships.
• Meeting all Industries' procurement & planning teams for the successful drive of our company's Home Business Solutions.
• Provide after-sales Support to clients when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• BSc. Business Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in home appliances & electronics sales.
• Successful track record in channel sales and negotiation.
• Good technical knowledge (home appliance & electrical products) with a strong sales profile.
• Mastery experience in sales techniques.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g.: Salesforce).
• Ability to deliver presentations effectively.
• Age: 26 – 35 years
