    • Produce accurate and well-developed 3D architectural and interior models.
    • Create high-quality renders that clearly communicate design intent.

    • Produce multiple design options and visual studies when required.
    • Revise models and renders efficiently based on feedback.
    • Maintain consistency between drawings, models and final design presentations.

    Technical & Construction Documentation:

    • Prepare and support the development of architectural working drawings.
    • Produce dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules and construction details.
    • Assist with interior joinery, furniture, ceiling, flooring and other detailed drawings.
    • Coordinate drawings with project requirements and relevant consultants.
    • Identify and resolve inconsistencies between design drawings and technical documentation.
    • Support the preparation of drawing packages for construction and site execution.

    Research & Design Development:

    • Conduct research on architecture, interiors, materials, construction methods and climate-responsive design.
    • Explore relevant precedents, design solutions and emerging technologies.
    • Contribute ideas that improve design quality, functionality and project outcomes.
