    Architect

    Job Summary

    • Sow Real Estate is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Architect to oversee the design, planning, and execution support of our real estate development projects.
    • The Architect will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically appealing, and cost-effective building designs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.
    • The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to deliver high-quality developments within set timelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop architectural concepts, drawings, layouts, and detailed construction plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
    • Prepare 2D and 3D designs, presentations, and visualizations for proposed projects.
    • Ensure designs align with the company’s vision, client expectations, functionality, and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for new development projects.
    • Work closely with engineers, project managers, contractors, and consultants during project execution.
    • Monitor ongoing construction projects to ensure architectural compliance and quality standards are maintained.
    • Review and approve architectural materials, finishes, and specifications.
    • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
    • Prepare and manage architectural documentation, approvals, and permit processes.
    • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and consultants on project approvals and compliance matters.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related fields
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
    • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, ArchiCAD, or similar tools.
    • Strong understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and project coordination.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and creativity.

    HR Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The HR Assistant will provide operational support to the Human Resources department. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, record management, staff engagement, performance management processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
    • The HR Assistant will contribute to creating a productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and communication with applicants.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and induction.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
    • Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
    • Track employee attendance, leave records, and other personnel data.
    • Support the implementation of performance management activities, including appraisal coordination and documentation.
    • Assist in organizing staff training, development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR support on policies, procedures, and benefits.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration.
