- Ensures technology architecture and controls meet CBN IT standards and the CBN Risk-Based Cybersecurity Framework for payment service providers.
- Owns technical compliance with PCI-DSS for any card and payment-data handling systems.
- Ensures systems and data flows comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, including data localization and data-subject rights by design.

ROLE SUMMARY
- The Talent Acquisition Team member is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, operational, product, sales, and corporate functions within the fintech organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview scorecards.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and employer-branding initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline conversion).
- Ensure a positive, compliant candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate applicant-tracking and candidate data records.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and competency-based interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
