    Analyst, Business

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • The Business Analyst works with stakeholders across the organization to understand the business objective driving various projects or changes, define the scope of the change, analyze and specify the detailed requirements related to the change and finally support the implementation of the project or change

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in numerate or semi-numerate disciplines such as Engineering, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics
    • Business analysis professional certifications and membership with International Institute of Business Analysis is strongly recommend.
    • Minimum of two years relevant experience working in a mixed technical and business environment.
    • Experience with running requirements workshops and documenting the outputs.

    Auditor, Internal

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To ensure that the internal audit function of the company provides quality services that complies with internal and international auditing standards and management expectations, and to also effectively and efficiently carry out planned assignments approved by the Board Audit Committee.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Possess of a first degree in accounting or related field.
    • A professional qualification such as CIA, CISA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA,COBIT or similar is a plus.
    • Minimum of two years relevant experience in the pensions industry, finance or relevant audit function.
