Job Function

• As the professional responsible for initiating vehicle services and repairs, you play a crucial role in the customer service and operational documentation processes.
• Your tasks include ascertaining performance issues and request services, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, and opening job cards.
• Maintaining strong customer rapport is a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the service or repair process.

Key Performance Areas

• Understanding of workshop processes & systems.
• A good team player capable of delivering results under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Customer Focus Oriented / Customer friendly attitude.
• Sufficient all-round Trailers experience also required.
• Knowledge of Applicable Legislation as well as Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications Required

• HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical engineering.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Truck and Trailer Workshop.
