Responsibilities 

• The Admin Assistant / Office Manager is in charge of running the company in our Port Harcourt branch.
• Incharge of the Day-2-Day running of the Port Harcourt office.
• Attend to shipment request aas they come especially related to the location and escalate sae to our Lagos office if not within capability
• Report the daily Operations of the Port Harcourt Office
• Act as thefirst point forinterfacing with Colleagues upon arrival of shipment to Port Harcourt
• Ensure the office is kept tidy and organized for the day -to- day Operations in Port Harcourt
• Carry out all instructions given by your Supervisor.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.

Remuneration
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.

Location: Ayobo, Lagos

Job Description

• Drive the company truck both in and out of the office as instructed
• To work closely with the Transport department to ascertain pickup/delivery of shipment due to company
• Carry out shipment delivery both outside and within lagos
• To handle with care, ensuring the particulars of the driven vehicles are intact and in perfect working condition
• Always do a routine check on vehicle before exit out of the company premises
• Notify the Transport Supervisor of any slide changes in the working conditions of the vehicle
• Carry out other instruction as directed by your supervisor and the MD

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 monthly.
