Job Summary

• Reporting to the Accountant, you will provide support the accounting department in carrying out all of its functions.

Responsibilities 

• Prepare and manage invoices, payments and account reconciliations
• ⁠Maintain accurate financial records and data
• Track daily, weekly and monthly inventory, product stock levels and ensure accuracy of inventory reports
• ⁠Assist with financial reporting, filing and audits
• ⁠Work closely and support the Accountant and the finance team

Skills & Qualifications 

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accouting, Finance or any relevant field.
• ⁠At least 1 year of experience 
• ⁠Good numerical and analytical skills 
• ⁠Attention to detail and accuracy
• ⁠Good communication and organizational skills
• ⁠Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software
• ⁠Close proximity to Agege Motor Road, Lagos is an advantage.
