Responsibilities
Statement of Financial Position Integrity:

• Ensure that assets and liabilities in the general ledger are substantiated with supporting schedules and that the balances per the Trial Balance is a true reflection of physical state of the ledger accounts.
• Preparation of reconciliation statement for all other Statement of Financial Position balances and disposition of all reconciling items.
• Preparation of up-to-date of Fixed Assets Register.

Key Year-end closure procedures and Reconciliations:

• Ensure accurate computation and posting of depreciation and amortization relating to non-current assets, intangible assets, and investment property.
• Ensure accurate computation and posting of amortization relating to lease rentals and insurance prepayments
• Ensure proper posting of accruals for all approved expenses incurred but invoices yet to be received from the Suppliers and release of prior accruals no longer valid.
• Ensure proper posting of loan interest amortization for all borrowings, loan, and sub-loan (related parties) reconciliation and validation of loan position with banks.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation statement for all bank accounts maintained by the Company and disposition of all reconciling items.
• Preparation of intercompany reconciliation statement with all related Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and disposition of all reconciling items.
• Ensure revaluation of all monetary balances, proofing, and validation of the resulting exchange differences.

Requirements

• First Degree in Accounting.
• 3 years accounting/audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages subcontractors and supervisors.
• Communicates with customers(MTN), tower companies, and third-party companies.
• Comply with ZTE's construction requirements and ZTE's processes.
• Provide training on installation specifications, construction quality, and process requirements for the subcontractor's team.
• Solves problems of actual site solutions.
• Identifies the risks in the engineering construction process and formulates risk response solutions in advance.
• Summarizes the current project progress and status.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least two years of work experience in telecom engineering design, installation, and quality control.
• Familiar with typical telecom equipment installation and construction requirements and site solutions.
• Solves problems that occur during actual construction.
• Good ability to feed back problems/progress in a timely manner.
• Be familiar with the engineering work of MTN and ZTE.
• Familiar with ZTE equipment specifications and typical solutions.
• Be familiar with MTN engineering standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Identification and onboarding of Firstmonie Agents
• Prepare target market list.
• Activate dormant Agents.
• Grow the Banks Agents network
• Management of Firstmonie Agents.
• Respond to all enquiries and queries while ensuring timeliness in resolutions of Agents’ issues
• Capture Agents activities for proper documentation and compliance with laid down policies.
• As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook
• Identification and onboarding of new customers
• Ensure funding of opened accounts.
• Enrollment on Wallets
• Ensure funding of wallets opened
• Enroll new customers on USSD/FirstMobile
• Respond to all enquiries and queries while ensuring timeliness in resolutions of new customers’ issues
• Capture activities for proper documentation and compliance with laid down policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc / HND ( Second Class Lower & Upper Credit Minimum).
• Must have completed NYSC.
• 30 years and below
• Must have flair for sales
• Excellent networking skills.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good communication skills.

Remuneration

• Salary: N60,000 monthly net + Commission
• Benefits: Leave allowance, 13th months, Pension, HMO & Quarterly Dressing Allowance (N15,000).
