Job Summary

• The Accountant will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, and reporting.
• This role is open exclusively to corps members currently undergoing their NYSC service year, and offers valuable hands-on experience in a corporate finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Support bank reconciliations and monitoring of company accounts.
• Assist with payroll processing and statutory remittances.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support budget preparation and expenditure tracking.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers on payment-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Assist the finance unit with audits and other financial exercises as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be a serving NYSC member with a valid NYSC posting letter (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Trustworthy, with a high level of discretion in handling financial information.

Job Summary

• The business development officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. 
• The ideal candidate must have solid, proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, and be able to work with minimal supervision to meet set targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and pursue new business opportunities within the security services industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed set sales and business development targets.
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements in line with company policy.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' solid experience in business development, sales, or a related role (mandatory).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/business targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
