Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Utilize Excel and Sage accounting software to maintain financial data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to support decision making.
• Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Executive.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles within microfinance banks, loan companies, or similar institutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with Sage or other accounting applications.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in a leadership role, including 3-5 years managing teams.
• Strong background in market development, penetration, and diversification, with a focus on driving new products to market.
• Experience building partnerships and aligning strategies with business plans.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
