About the Role

• We are a leading financial services firm seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. This critical role involves managing all aspects of financial operations while ensuring compliance and supporting our growing business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare periodic reports
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and investment accounts
• Process accounts payable/receivable and conduct reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure tax compliance and handle statutory filings
• Support new ventures with financial setup and structuring
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• ICAN or ACCA certification (mandatory)
• 5-7 years' experience in finance/fintech/investment sectors
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capability
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations.
