    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure reconciliation of all bank accounts and other accounts
    • Generate various analysis and financial reports for the management
    • Review petty cash at the end of the month and incorporate into main account head

    Job Description:

    • The Raw Materials Warehouse and Finished Goods Store Manager is a key role in a pipe manufacturing firm responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse and store operations.
    • This individual plays a critical role in ensuring smooth production processes by ensuring the availability of raw materials for manufacturing and the organized storage and distribution of finished products to customers or other departments within the company.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Inventory Management:

    • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure an adequate supply to meet production schedules and customer demands.
    • Implement inventory control measures to reduce excess stock and minimize the risk of stockouts.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records and reconcile any discrepancies.

    Warehouse Operations:

    • Supervise the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming raw materials and components.
    • Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods to customers or internal departments.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies: Create and execute strategies to optimize the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required for pipe manufacturing.
    • Supplier management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on their capabilities, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

    • Relevant certifications: Professional certifications such as
    • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or similar credentials are highly valued and can enhance job prospects. Industry knowledge:
    • A strong understanding of the pipe manufacturing industry, including knowledge of materials, specifications, regulations, and market dynamics, is beneficial.
    • Minimum 5 years proven work experience in procurement or supply chain management roles, preferably within the pipe manufacturing industry or a related manufacturing sector, is typically required.
    • Experience in managing a team and working with international suppliers may also be desirable.

    Senior Internal Control Executive

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify all risks in each department and specify controls that are needed.
    • Ensure that each department has procedure/processes for all transactions which should be documented and followed
    • Day to day check of all units to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness are achieved through the control of risks.
    • Create an invoicing procedure for all purchased items such that invoices get to account department within a stipulated time for posting.
    • Ensure physical verification of all purchased items.
    • Determine the accounting system (ERP) access control
    • Determine the internal compliance procedure to be followed by all departments that has a role to play on all taxes, rates, levies etc.

    Senior Internal Auditor

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Providing leadership, direction and management of the audit team in the absence of the head of the department
    • Identify and address all errors spotted in the record

    Industrial Plumber

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in industrial settings.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and configuration of plumbing systems.
    • Install and connect pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
    • Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, or other malfunctions.

    • Understanding of industrial water supply and drainage systems, including pumps, pressure regulators, and backflow prevention devices.
    • Knowledge of specialized plumbing systems, such as compressed air, steam, or chemical lines, and their associated equipment.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.
    • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols related to plumbing installations and repairs.
