Job Description

• We are looking to hire creatives to join our content and development team as 3D Artist.
• He/she will be responsible for using 3D modeling, texture, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, photorealistic, assets, visual effects, and animations.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating 3D character assets and environments to visually improve video lessons
• Using 3D modeling, texture, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, photorealistic, assets, visual effects, and animations.
• Sculpting in Zbrush to generate high resolution meshes.
• Creating textures using Photoshop and Zbrush/Mudbox/Mari.
• Work with production to follow schedules and deliver assets on time.
• Plan, analyze, and create 3D visual solutions to animation projects.
• Create three-dimensional models, animations, and visual effects.
• Collaborating with Animators and other artists and attending meetings to discuss ongoing projects.
• Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.
• Creating storyboards to visualize scenes and create a realistic environment for video lessons, and other visual effects.
• Receiving feedback from Manager, animators, and editing your creations based on the comments received.
• Reviewing 3D arts and recommending improvements.
• Creating 3D sculpts and assets to meet artistic standards.
• Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a project.
• Apply broad understanding of the 3D content production process towards successful execution in a wide variety of contexts.
• Work with animators and illustrators to ensure a high level of quality and to elevate aesthetics of a project that meets the company’s standards.
• As an expert in your field, you'll strike a balance between quality and efficiency in order to get the greatest possible results within the restrictions of time and technology.
• Working based on either pre-existing or innovative systems to ensure the growth of the company’s library and content.
• Improving the quality of developed content as guided by the learner and/or colleague feedback.
• Collaborate and communicate closely with other artists, developers and technical artists to continuously improve visual quality, and ensure efficient and accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements

• Certificate / Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
• Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software.
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
• An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardware.

Compensation
Salary is N500,000 - N700,000 monthly.

Job Description

• We are searching for a skilled and creative cinematographer to join our team.
• The Cinematographer’s responsibilities include reading scripts, creatively interpreting them, and directing. You will be working closely with a team of creatives that includes animators, tutors, illustrators, script writers and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing scripts, characters, story structure and deciding on a visual approach
• Plans, directs, coordinates, reviews production scripts
• Costume and props coordination
• Create a creative storyboard and assists with creative development.
• Works efficiently to stay on schedule
• Manage all aspects of the filming and operate the camera
• Working on multiple projects at once, organized and diligent in managing shifting priorities and meeting deadlines
• Working with the post-production team to ensure the desired effects are preserved and that the mood of the production is maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Film Production or a similar discipline.
• Extensive experience working in the film industry or in video production.
• Stamina and physical strength.
• A passion for film and good eye for detail.
• Artistic ability and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Understand shot composition, movement, and color
• Experience with the following: Cameras (DSLR, mirrorless), Camera support (gimbals, jib, etc.)

Skills:

• Detail-oriented and demonstrate good creative intelligence.
• An eye for detail and a mind for fast invention.
• Thorough understanding of the film production process..
• Ability to produce films, including setting up, shooting, processing, and editing.

Remuneration

• We are looking to hire creatives to join our content and development team as Sound Engineer.
• He/she will develop music and sound designs for recorded videos and marketing content as appropriate and also provide broadcast standard final masters for video lessons and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop music and sound designs for recorded videos and marketing content as appropriate.
• Provide broadcast standard final masters for video lessons and marketing content.
• Organize and execute recording sessions for lesson scripts, voice overs and all other forms of audio
• recordings required.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop quality video content that meets the needs of both high achieving learners and learners with special needs.
• Expand knowledge on musical equipment, software packages, and technical recordings.
• Receive feedback and complete composition revisions.
• Provide support to the video Studio Manager, as needed.
• Participate in quality reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Provide creative assistance for marketing content and adverts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Music production, recording/editing, mixing and mastering techniques.
• Solid understanding of industry standard audio plug-ins.
• Understanding of recording studio technology and audio production workflows Intermediate singing ability.
• Ability to write songs, record and mix your vocals is a plus Mastery of different digital audio workstations. (Adobe audition experience is required)
