Pros: Working with the aforementioned has been the greatest mistake i made so far in my professional pursuit. I can't recommend them to anyone because they're bunch of dream killers. They reap you off your hard earn and leave you with peanuts. And when you try asking for a salary review, they see you as a rebellion and threaten to terminate your contract. The worst is that, their client (which is the IT company i worked with had added several other job roles to what i was employed for initially and had the same time increased our salary as a result to the workload. But Swap Consult decided to continue paying that initial 50k they have been paying since 6 years ago when i first joined her client. So, it will be of a great soothing relief for me and my soul if i by God's grace secure another job and finally thrown in the towel on them for good.
Cons: They detest the fact that their subordinates requests for that which is legally entitled to them as workers. They delay worker's salaries unnecessarily and when you try finding out the reasons for such ado towards paying their staffs, they immediately send you a query letter threatening to lay you off if you don't reply to the query letter as to why you should be pestering them with unnecessary questions. The HR alone is one hell of a woman who do not pay listening ears to the plights of her subordinates. She uses the "F" word at any slight provocation and she is the type that insults you in office environments with her language forgetting that there are other Igbo tribes around her who also understands same language better than she does.
