We opened our doors on the 15th day of October 2012 and since then we have not let up. We have seen our initial client base grow exponentially but despite this measured success we realize that we must constantly strive to improve our service content to exceed all expectation. We must balance clinical needs with patient desires; a delicate balance that must be executed without compromising positive patient treatment outcome or experience. We realize that meeting or surpassing client expectations determine client satisfaction. Our core service is the Consortium family and urgent care clinics which takes care of your entire family and encompasses maternal and child health clinics, internal medicine and geriatric clinics, Eye care Clinics, Physiotherapy and rehabilitative medicine, Medical Diagnostic laboratory, Medical Imaging and pharmaceutical services. This core service is supported, in the spirit of continuity of care, by specialist clinics which include various specialist surgery, anesthetics and pain management clinics and a 24hr Accident and Emergency service. The consortium family and urgent care clinics function as the gatekeepers of our health care solutions and make sure that the most appropriate professionals attend to client conditions holistically in our integrated fact checked multidisciplinary health care delivery system.
