Since 2007, our mission is to develop and deploy customer care software to retail banks, mobile operators and utility companies. Cisco named us their Customer Collaboration partner of 2014 for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia. Our team serves our clients out of offices in Switzerland, Egypt, Pakistan, Morocco, Nigeria and Kenya.

We serve our clients through local systems integrators in order to complete high-level skills with local presence. We design, implement, maintain and operate the technical callcenter infrastructure, and provide project management for callcenter projects.
