Pros: To work with Doveland high school is good to some extent because your job description is well defined and the employees like themselves and they pay accurately each month what I mean is the don't delay salaries and also to some extent they consider one when is in need.
Cons: The downside is that the payment is too low for me and they pay some people high I mean the Gap is too much how can they be paying some people 300k and be paying some 40k this is injustice and CEO doesn't care.
