    Zonal Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales performance to ensure achievement of set targets (i.e. monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets).
    • Oversee and expand sales coverage across assigned locations
    • Ensure sales processes are efficient ethical and compliant with NAICOM regulations/guidance.
    • Build and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders to optimize sales.
    • Train, lead and coach Financial Sales Executive (FSEs), to build their knowledge, attitude skills and
    • habits to improve retention and productivity Of the agents.
    • Track, analyse and report sales trends at the assigned locations.
    • Identify risks and proactively engage on strategic actions to mitigate impact of sales perforrnance.
    • Provide regular insights to Regional Sales Manager & Bancassurance Sales Manager, to achieve continuous delivery of sales
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecast and performance analysis to Regional Sales Manager & Bancassurance Sales Manager.
    • Timely engagement and collaboration with the
    • Commercial Business Support, Bancassurance
    • Recruitment & Training, and other affiliated service lines to optimize sales and FSE retention.
    • IdentiW new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the customer base in respective locations
    • Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability and engagement and commitment Of FSEs.
    • Ensure proper managernent Of selling tools in branch (e.g. application forms) and support in the submission of same.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecast and performance analysis to Regional Sales Manager.

    Qualifications (Educational & Professional):

    • B.Sc. in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Insurance or a related field (minimum of second class lower — 2:2)
    • CIIN or any related professional certification will give an added advantage.

    Required Experience/Knowledge

    • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and Agency management.
    • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products.
