Zonal Sales Manager at Institute of Counseling

Role Description

• This is a contract remote role for a Zonal Sales Manager at ICN. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting training and development of counseling training, providing opportunities for professional development, and providing counseling services and interventions to individuals in need.

The Coordinator shall:

• Source and recruit members into ICN programs.
• Promote and secure training opportunities for ICN.
• Represent ICN at meetings, conferences, and official functions as may be assigned.
• Uphold ICN’s values, ethics, and professional standards in all representations

 Qualifications

• Sales Management and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in counseling or related field
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of counseling practices and techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
