We are seeking an experienced Zoho Creator Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will design and develop a custom client portal that integrates Zoho Creator with other Zoho applications, such as Zoho Books, Expense, Desk, Projects, and SalesIQ. This role requires someone with deep knowledge of Zoho Creator and its integration capabilities, as well as the ability to create efficient workflows and user-friendly applications.
Responsibilities
Develop a custom client portal in Zoho Creator with the following features:
Integration with Zoho Books to fetch and display invoices and enable payments.
Integration with Zoho Expense to display client-related expenses.
Integration with Zoho Desk for ticket creation and tracking.
Integration with Zoho Projects to display project progress and task details.
Embed Zoho SalesIQ live chat into the portal.
Implement file upload capabilities using Zoho Creator.
Configure and automate workflows for seamless interaction between Zoho apps.
Ensure a user-friendly and secure client portal with role-based access controls.
Test and debug the portal to ensure data accuracy and smooth functionality.
Document all processes, workflows, and code for future reference.
Requirements
Proven experience with Zoho Creator development
Strong understanding of Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and Zoho SalesIQ.
Proficient in Deluge scripting and integrating Zoho Creator with external APIs.
Ability to design intuitive and visually appealing client portals.
Experience with automation and workflow creation within Zoho.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
Ability to work independently and deliver tasks within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with web design agencies or similar businesses.
Familiarity with other Zoho applications, like WorkDrive or CRM.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles for portal design.
Experience documenting technical processes and workflows.
