    Young Talent Program (Direct Sales- Banking)

    The Young Talent Program – Direct Sales is a structured initiative designed to identify, train, and develop ambitious young graduates into high-performing Sales Executives within the bank’s retail and commercial business units. Participants will undergo intensive classroom and field training focused on financial products, customer acquisition, and relationship management, leading to a rewarding career in banking sales.

    Salary: N93,000 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell the bank’s financial products and services to new and existing customers.
    • Identify potential customers through field prospecting, referrals, and corporate campaigns.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets for savings, current accounts, loans, and other retail products.
    • Educate customers on digital banking channels and ensure customer onboarding compliance.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
    • Provide feedback from customers and the market to support product development and marketing initiatives.
    • Represent the bank professionally in all interactions and maintain ethical sales standards.
    • Participate in continuous learning and performance evaluations as part of the development program.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) or HND (minimum of Lower Credit) in any discipline.
    • 0–1 years of work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
    • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Target-driven mindset with resilience and a positive attitude.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Basic understanding of financial services and products is an advantage.
