Responsibilities

• Planning maintenance schedules and activities to minimize downtime.
• Prioritizing work schedules for repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance.
• Directing and supervising workshop staff.
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S policies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop.
• Managing and reporting workplace incidents and safety breaches.
• Sourcing quotes for materials and supplies.
• Scoping and estimating costs and timeframes for maintenance work.
• Reviewing completed works.
• Inputting data into spreadsheets and workshop management software.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in any related field
• Proven experience as a workshop supervisor
• Good engineering practice and able to use measuring equipment
• Supervisory experience good leadership, motivation and team building skills
• Good Microsoft office/IT experience, MS Office.
