Workshop Admin Officer at White Soul Group

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance schedules.
• Open and close job cards for all vehicle repairs and ensure proper documentation of work done.
• Update fleet maintenance tracking systems and workshop logs daily.
• Coordinate parts requisition, stock issuance, and inventory updates with the storekeeper or parts officer.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections for vehicles in line with company policy.
• Track and follow up on outsourced repairs and liaise with external vendors.
• Ensure timely processing of workshop-related invoices and documentation for payment.
• Monitor mechanic performance, attendance records, and job assignments under supervision.
• Ensure workshop files, service reports, and maintenance logs are up to date and well-organized.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on workshop activities, cost tracking, and downtime analysis.
• Support compliance with HSE and company procedures in the workshop.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification.
