Job Summary

• We seek an experienced Wireline Division Manager to lead our wireline services operations.
• The successful candidate will manage a team of 25+ technical professionals, oversee electric line and slickline operations, and drive business growth in the wireline services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire wireline services division (electric line and slickline operations)
• Develop and implement strategic plans for wireline service expansion
• Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery to clients
• Manage P&L responsibility for the wireline division
• Build and maintain client relationships with IOCs, NNPC, and independent operators
• Oversee equipment procurement, maintenance, and utilization optimization
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian Content Act and all regulatory requirements
• Lead business development activities and tender preparations
• Implement quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and develop technical personnel within the division

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in wireline operations
• At least 5 years in senior management roles within oil & gas services
• Extensive experience with electric line logging, perforating, and completion operations
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian oil & gas operations and regulatory environment
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Professional certifications (SPE, API, IWCF) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or MBA
• Experience with major oil & gas operators in Nigeria
• Previous P&L management experience
• Knowledge of Nigerian Content Act requirements
• International wireline operations experience
