Wi-Fi Projects / Systems Engineer at IpNX Nigeria Limited

What You’ll Do: 

• Design and deploy enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% network and service availability per SLAs. 
• Conduct detailed Wi-Fi surveys, recommend optimal solutions, and create network design diagrams using tools like MS Visio. 
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from procurement to installation, while maintaining and supporting Wi-Fi deployments. 
• Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service during surveys, installations, and support interactions. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal systems and processes for efficient service delivery. 
• Provide routine in-house training and lead a team of interns and riggers without micromanaging. 
• Maintain accurate asset inventories and deliver regular performance updates. 

Job Requirements: 

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related discipline. (2.1/Upper Credit) 
• Experience: At least 6-8 years experience in telecoms, with hands-on experience in network connectivity installations (routers, switches) and wireless technologies (RF, Microwave, Wi-Fi, etc.). 

Technical Skills: 

• Understanding of computer networks and project management (Cisco Certification/PMP is a bonus). 
• Practical knowledge of wireless technology installations and network equipment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Visio and MS Project are a plus).
