Wellness Coach (Combined Lifestyle Therapist / Nutritionist) at Protege Professionals

Candidate Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding lifestyle consultations for every new member.
• Design personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans aligned with each member’s diagnostics and goals. Lead quarterly progress reviews using measurable data.
• Coordinate with the physician, trainers, and physiotherapists to deliver one integrated member plan. Provide ongoing accountability, check-ins, and plan adjustments.
• Develop wellness programming, workshops, and content for the membership.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records.

Candidate Requirements

• Formal qualification in Nutrition or Dietetics.
• 4 - 6 years of client-facing experience in nutrition, health coaching, or wellness consulting.
• Proven ability to build long-term one-on-one coaching relationships and drive behaviour change. Ability to translate diagnostic data (body composition, fitness testing) into practical lifestyle plans. Excellent written and spoken English; polished and professional.
• Absolute discretion with personal client information.
• Proficient with coaching, tracking, and reporting software.
• Candidate must be based in Abuja.
