Well Service Liaison at Scruples Resources

Are you an experienced oil & gas professional with strong expertise in well servicing, workover operations, field coordination, and contractor management? We are looking for a skilled professional to coordinate well service activities and ensure safe, efficient field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workover and well servicing operations for assigned assets and rigs
• Serve as the primary field liaison between Company teams, contractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency
• Ensure operations comply with Company, environmental, regulatory, and safety requirements
• Review daily reports, operational data, and job progress
• Coordinate rigs, equipment, personnel, materials, and field logistics
• Assist with troubleshooting and recommend corrective actions
• Verify work is completed according to approved procedures and engineering recommendations
• Conduct field inspections, safety observations, and audits
• Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Monitor operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with Production, Engineering, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 8+ years of oil & gas operations experience
• 5+ years of workover, well servicing, completions, or production experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of workover operations, artificial lift, well integrity, and production equipment
• Experience coordinating contractors and oilfield service companies
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and industry requirements
• Ability to interpret well schematics, procedures, and technical reports
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel between field locations and work extended or rotating schedules
