Well Operations Supervisor at Estymol Oil Services

Role Summary:

Directs day-to-day drilling and well operations at the rig site to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to the drilling program.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise rig-site contractors, manage operational execution, and ensure compliance with HSE and environmental policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of upstream oil and gas experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory rig-site role.
• Valid IWCF/IADC Well Control certification.
• Strong leadership, emergency response, and problem-solving skills.
