Role Summary:

Designs and executes well engineering programs, ensuring wells are drilled and completed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed drilling programs, perform casing and cementing design, select equipment, and monitor daily well operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in drilling or completion engineering.
• Proficiency in well design software and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of HSE guidelines and operational workflows.
