Well Engineer at Benel Energy Resources Limited

Position Summary: 

• Responsible for providing well engineering and operations support in well delivery projects for one or more rigs including preparing Well Proposals, Basis of Designs, Well Programs (Drilling, Completion, Workover), AFE’s and End of Well Reports.
• Be part of the field operations drilling team when required and support critical operations at the wellsite.

Qualifications / Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Technical degree in Engineering or the Physical Sciences. 
• 3-5 years work experience, 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to learn and pick up new skills. 
• Good understanding of health, safety, and environmentally compliant work environments. 
• Ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively. 
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
