ABOUT THE JOB:

The web developer/company is expected to develop a new website for the Organization. The Web Developing/Designing company will be responsible for coding the entire website, including front and backend components

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The scope of work includes:

• Building a highly functional website with attractive graphic layout that is interactive, user-friendly, and mobile responsive
• Social media integration
• Compatibility with varied web browsers
• Search engine optimization and ability to work well with search engines
• Google analytics integration
• Developing relevant, attractive, and illustrative graphics (designs)
• It must be UX/UI design based on best practices.
• Setting up of CMS on the domain to enable the organization to maintain the site without requiring a dedicated workstation or additional software.
• Content entry. This will include text and pictures for each page to be created with the initial set-up
• Browser testing to ensure that it works with modern browsers on laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.
• It will contain career portal and
• “Donate now” feature integrated with a payment platform.
• It will contain Testing Portal for recruitment purposes
• Complaints/feedback feature
• It must contain features that is reflective of the goal it is meant to serve.
• It must be user friendly
• Train Key staff on website routine maintenance
• Compile and present a detailed report at the end of the project

Qualification & Skills:

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field with at least three (3) years of Progressive experience with web development/design proven through portfolio of designed websites; links to websites should be added to proposal
• Creativity and imagination in proposing suitable designs for web sites, considering their purpose, usability, and audience
• Extensive knowledge of device and cross-platform browser compatibility restrictions and requirements, including responsive web design
• Experience in usability, user analysis and internationalization of web sites
• Expertise in using image editing/graphics tools and prototyping tools
• Ability to estimate.
• Demonstrable understanding of user-experience, user-interface design principles, and conceptual design
• Experienced in developing interactive and responsive websites that allow for user engagement.

Duration:

The work should be completed not more than 3 (three) months after the signing of the contract
