Provide all students with high-quality teaching
Maintain knowledge of all new trends and recommend improvements to assist students in the learning/teaching process
Perform regular assessments of students, and evaluate their performance
Provide support and encouragement to students as they go through a life-changing experience
Design and update all instructional materials for IT programs or courses and recommend updates to instructional materials
Increase participant engagement using different facilitation tactics
Give projects to students to test what has been learned
Requirements:
BSc/HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or relevant fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
Post NYSC experience in teaching will be an added advantage.
You have proven experience in full stack development
You are familiar with (most) of the focus area technologies in our curriculum, mainly: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React/NextJs, SCSS/SASS, NodeJS/ExpressJS/NestJS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, REST, Github Actions, AWS. Having knowledge of other relevant stack is a plus
You are excited about helping people to learn
You are good at explaining technical concepts to students
You speak fluent English
Previous experience of leading a team or teaching is a plus
