    Web Developer

    About the Role

    You\'ll lead the development of sophisticated websites and web applications while maintaining the highest standards of design implementation and technical performance. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development of sophisticated websites and web applications 
    • Develop and maintain premium and custom WordPress themes
    • Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
    • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to enhance user experience
    • Implement SEO best practices and accessibility standards
    • Lead technical projects and maintain development standards

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in website development
    • Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
    • Strong WordPress development experience
    • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
    • Experience with website performance optimization
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards

    Technical Skills

    • Responsive design implementation
    • Front-end frameworks and librarie
    • Cross-browser compatibility testing 
    • Website security best practices
    • Performance optimization techniques
