We are seeking a results-driven Wealth Management Associate (Liabilities) to drive financial growth by acquiring and managing client relationships. This role focuses on engaging business owners, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional clients, ensuring they access structured financial solutions tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive in business development and possess a strong network to support Lendha’s financial expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
Meet, maintain, and exceed assigned targets and quotas related to financial mobilization and other assigned tasks.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard clients, focusing on growing financial assets.
Build and nurture relationships with business owners, HNWIs, and institutional clients.
Identify client needs and structure suitable financial solutions that align with Lendha’s objectives.
Actively engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Monitor market trends and client behavior to identify new opportunities for financial growth.
Ensure an excellent client experience by providing continuous support and financial advisory services.
Work closely with internal teams to streamline client onboarding and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar role.
Proven ability to develop and execute financial growth strategies.
Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
