Warehouse Supervisor at BOGO Beverages

• We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
• The ideal candidate will ensure optimal warehouse management practices, maintain accurate stock records, and oversee compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO inventory methods to prevent obsolescence.
• Ensure physical stock reconciliation with system figures and update bin cards accurately.
• Supervise the storage of goods under appropriate conditions as per cGMP protocols.
• Liaise with the Quality team for goods inspection and ensure adherence to labeling protocols.
• Maintain meticulous transaction records and issue monthly stock reports.
• Promote a safe and clean working environment by enforcing good warehouse practices.
• Manage the receipt and dispatch of materials with proper documentation (GRN, invoices, etc.).
• Conduct frequent stock audits, including financial year-end stock-taking exercises.
• Collaborate with suppliers for replacement of damaged goods and resolve shortages effectively.
