Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Officer to support daily warehouse activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing items accurately, receiving stock, and ensuring timely distribution of goods to our branches.
• This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility in handling inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately according to transfer or delivery requests
• Receive, inspect, and properly record incoming stock
• Assist with stock organization and proper storage within the warehouse
• Prepare items for distribution to branches, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Support periodic stock counts and inventory audits
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory handling is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow processes and instructions
• Physically fit and able to handle stock movement
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
